2023 in Review: 'Crazy Chook Machine' – July-August 2023

CAS was commissioned by Blue Sky View - who manage the Brisbane City Council Core Public Art Maintenance Program - to refurbish artist Christopher Trotter’s ‘Crazy Chook Machine’, a metal sculpture which was installed in 1996 at Railway Parade Geebung. The refurbishment was extensive including a detail clean and re-coating of the metal sculpture itself as well as  a partial re-build and full surface restoration of the brick plinth.
