In late 2021, Brisbane City Council commissioned Jamie Maclean to design, carve, paint and install a four-metre-high Wildlife Totem to the entry of the Mt Gravatt Outlook Reserve, situated on Shire Road Mt Gravatt. The totem features  species of local flora and fauna  found in the bushland setting in and around the Reserve.

Cultural Asset Services focuses primarily on maintenance and collection management for public art works and memorials, however CAS Director Jamie Maclean has been committed to designing the integrated memorial artwork elements for the Samford Avenue of Honour since the Avenue was commissioned in 2015. In February 2022 the War Animals Memorial was opened. Australia recognizes five war animals: mules/donkeys, horses, pigeons, camels and dogs. National War Animals Day  is 24 February , and Their service is commemorated with a purple poppy.

In January 2022 Cultural Asset Services was called in to restore two hand-carved wildlife totems at Stringybark Park in Aspley, Brisbane. The green tree frog and carpet snake were several years old and severely weathered. After a deep clean, rebuilding and repainting the animals were returned to their park on reconditioned posts and new footings.
